High blood pressure
Garlic – Garlic is used both for chronic and acute diseases. It has both tonic and alterative properties. Take fresh cloves: 3-5 per day; taken raw in food, or in capsules.
Hyssop - To Regulate Blood Pressure:
Prepare a tea from leaves and stems of hyssop. Place a handful of chopped material in 570ml of boiling water. Steep 10 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey. Drink twice daily.
