Price of Products
Please note that because we are dependant on prices from our suppliers, prices quoted on the website may change from time to time, at our discretion.
Shipping quotes is based on the weight of the order including packaging. The weight that appears on the checkout page includes packaging.
Your order is processed as soon as we receive it. We will only ship/release it, however, when we have received payment (unless you choose to pay on collection). Please see below for information on Out of Stock and Back Order items. In both cases you have the option to remove the item that caused the notification and let the order continue processing. In the case of Out of Stock items, if you do not remove the item, the entire order will be cancelled. For Back Order items, we will continue processing the order when we restock from our supplier. We will, of course, refund any payments made on any items/orders cancelled or removed.
We will take every precaution to make sure your order reaches you in a timeous fashion, however, we can not be held liable for orders once we have handed the item over to whatever delivery mechanism you have chosen. Please see Shipping for details on tracking an order.
Out Of Stock Items
Occasionally we run out of stock of particular items and we issue an "Out Of Stock" notice on your invoice. While we may have the item in stock at the time that you placed your order, by the time it gets sent for processing we have realized an unexpected stock deficiency. This is due in part to a surge in orders for a particular item and improper inventory estimates. We apologize for any inconvenience surrounding out of stock items, but we are sometimes obliged to issue such statements on your invoice.
Occasionally we run short of stock on particular items and issue a "Backorder" on your invoice. This occurs when you placed an order for a particular product, but by the time it is processes we find that the item is temporarily unavailable. In this instance we will issue a backorder notice that clearly explains that your item will ship once it has been restocked. Fulfilling backorders generally takes 5-10 business days.
Damaged goods and Goods lost in transit
Unfortunately even though we attempt to deliver a high standard of service, our responsibility ends when your package is handed over for delivery (Post Office/Courier). Should something happen to your parcel during transit your only recourse is to claim against the insurance on the parcel. For this reason we recommend you always elect to send your mail insured. We will make every attempt to assist you in dealing with this but we cannot be held liable for the package once it is outside our control.
As a general policy, we will only release an order once payment has been both received, and cleared, in our account. This policy is flexible, however, based on the order amount and how often you do business with us.
Your order will only be released once the payment reflects in our account. You will know this when you receive the "Ready for Pickup" email. We will not, under any circumstances, release an order without payment. When collecting from us, please either bring a copy of the "Ready for Pickup" invoice, or some other proof of identification (drivers license, id or passport).
You may cancel your order at any time during the ordering process. If you have already received your order and would like to return it, send an email to email@example.com quoting your order number, and the fact that you would like to return your order, and we will send you instructions on returning already delivered orders.
